About the Role

MINK SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective communications materials that meet our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and Develop Visual Elements: Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Coordinate Sub-Contracting: Co-ordinate sub-contracting with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, and supports them with foreign credential recognition.
  • Develop Guidelines and Standards: Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers, and ensure consistency in visual elements across all communications materials.
  • Prepare and Present Designs: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, and present them to clients for review and approval.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
