DAIRY QUEEN AT SEASON OF TUXEDO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our fast-paced food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff to ensure a well-rounded team.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise students in training and staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
  • Excellent oral communication, client focus, and team player skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and with tight deadlines.
