Automotive Parts Sales Specialist

Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Bumper to Bumper.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in person and over the phone.
- Sell and promote a diversified line of products, including private brands and e-commerce channels.
- Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns, and defectives in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and efficient filling and delivery of customer parts orders.
- Reconcile transaction history and drawer at the conclusion of each shift.
- Operate the store point of sale system, internet, and paper catalogue to search for parts and customer accounts.
- Assist with merchandising activities, maintaining standards of appearance, and coordinating with employees to execute plan-o-grams and product initiatives.
- Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
- Work with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and business opportunities.
- Contribute to improvements in branch sales and profitability.
- Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards, and operating procedures.
- Effectively communicate with all store and support center team members, management, and customers.
- Automotive parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (jobber) parts industry (minimum 1 year).
