Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Monarch Paving (2016) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment

The Construction Supervisor will work in a dusty environment with tight deadlines and overtime required. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and dependability.
