  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including budget and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Conditions:

  • 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
