Food Service Team Lead

At Alberta LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality food and service to our customers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position, with a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
