Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at RELIABLE STAFFING. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing requirements to coordinating the selection and examination boards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and review candidate inventories.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Selection and Examination Boards: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
