About the Job

We are seeking an experienced caregiving professional to join our team as a part-time LPN in Chilliwack, BC. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the management team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN) or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
