**About the Job**

**Scheduling Administrator Position - in office. Mondays 10am to 6pm, Tuesdays 10am to 6pm, Fridays 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm. Sometimes flexibility is needed to help cover holiday time or sickness of other staff.**

**Must love dogs as there are dogs in the home. Must be able to drive as there is no bus route.**

- **Scheduling Administrator Position**_

**This is a Part time position that could move into a Full Time position.**

**Expectations**:

- A typical day in this position is busy.
- **This is an ON-SITE Position only, located in the Chilliwack office that is not on a bus route**:

- We require reliable transportation (car, not on bus route) and consistent, punctual attendance.

**Qualifications**:
**To qualify for this role you must have the following**:

- Canadian Work Permit/Permanent Resident/Canadian Citizen. (required)
- Ability to commute and reliable transportation is a necessity as this is an on-site position.
- Experience in administration, communications, or customer service.
- Experience using basic software for scheduling and communications.
- Must like dogs This is a home office and there are multiple dogs in the home.
- Experience in customer service, caregiving, administration, scheduling, or data entry are preferred, although not all are required.

**Job Duties**:
**The majority of the role includes**:

- Answering phone calls from clients and staff.
- Scheduling staff and accommodating schedule changes.
- Calling clients to inform them of scheduling changes.
- Adding new client shifts to the schedule.
- Pairing new clients with the appropriate caregivers for their needs.
- hiring new caregivers

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in administration, scheduling, communications, caregiving, or customer service.

Just Like Family Home Care is a local Canadian home care provider. We started here in the lower mainland and have locations throughout. We are a compassionate business based on person focused care in the comfort of the clients own home environment. Staff can make a real difference in their local community caring for individuals making sure they get the right type and amount of care. We customize the care each client receives and update their care plans as needs change. Having consistent caregivers working weekly with their specific clients is how we ensure there is rapport and that consistent care is in place.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience
