We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Coordinator to join TANIA NEGRETE SOLARES. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support for children in a home-based setting.

Job Summary

The Childcare Coordinator will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of children. This includes planning and implementing activities, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining a clean and organized space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children;
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development;
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children;
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals;
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods;
  • Supervise and care for children;
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments;
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to create a safe and healthy environment for children;
  • Familiarity with child development principles and practices.
Work Environment:

The Childcare Coordinator will work in a home-based setting, caring for multiple-aged children. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
