We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to ensure evidence-based care
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
