About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Best Royal Recruiting & Immigration. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan, develop, and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for our establishments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Experience and Education: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Other Benefits: We offer a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, parking available, and a language of work in English.
