Job Title: Hairstylist

Chatters Salon is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.

Job Summary:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Site Environment:
  • Noisy
  • Odours
Work Setting:
  • Urban area
  • Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
Key Responsibilities:
  • Book appointments
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Apply hair extensions
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Maintain and order supplies
