Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at El-Amm Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing planning and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
