About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at Marcon Metal Fab, Inc. in Delta's Tilbury Industrial Park. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks in various positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various job sites throughout the Lower Mainland to perform welding tasks.
  • Secure necessary jigs, fixtures, and filler materials for precise welding operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by practicing good housekeeping.
  • Participate actively in safety meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to job sites.
  • CWB certification in all positions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding experience, including stick and flux-core welding.
  • Ability to lift lbs. independently.
  • Proficient in reading shop drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
