Lead Baker and Pastry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Baker and Pastry Specialist to join our team at Panah Bakery & Halal Meat.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Kitchen Operations: Oversee activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including bakery goods and desserts, to meet high quality standards.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and demanding kitchen environment where attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.
- Physical Capabilities: Be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Competitive Salary: Earn a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
