Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at Elizabeth Grant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our plant, ensuring efficient production schedules, and maintaining a high level of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize production.
- Equipment Maintenance: Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards of quality.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Budgeting: Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a plant management or production scheduling role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
