Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Conexus Credit Union in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional member service and support to our valued customers.
About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. You will work closely with our members to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day banking services, including bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, and more
- Proactively identify and respond to members' needs to improve their financial well-being
- Learn additional aspects of branch actions to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis
- Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- High School Diploma
Work Environment
As a part-time Financial Services Representative, your hours will be scheduled based on business needs. You will work a flexible schedule, typically 2-3 full days per week (15-22.5 hours), with regular hours not guaranteed. Our branch is open Monday-Friday, and employees work from 8:30AM-5:00PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.28 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including preferred rates for banking services, generous vacation benefits, and a competitive benefit package.
