Job Summary

Wendcorp Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, implementing procedures to improve our performance.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial performance is optimal.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that our service is always of the highest standard.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
