Our client, a boutique consulting firm of top-notch Financial Services technology professionals, has engaged ROSS to search for a Senior Business Analyst, Help Desk/Service Desk Expertise - CONTRACT.
We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up large, enterprise level service desks internationally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in relevant business administration program or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years working as a Business Analyst
- Experience with setting up large enterprise level service desks internationally
- Proven experience in methodologies, processes and procedures associated with service desks (i.e. ITIL)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
