Retail Store Manager

At Rogers, we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a leader of tomorrow, you'll be responsible for driving positive customer interactions and experiences. You'll work with accountable leaders to create best-in-class customer experiences and meet business goals. You'll receive ongoing training and development to ensure you have the necessary skills to support the team. You'll also support store operations with a creative spirit that can adapt to an ever-changing environment. You'll promote Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard, and engage and grow your customer base with personalized communication and outreach. You'll participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
