Job Title: Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Coordinator to join our Neuromodulation Research Clinic. The successful candidate will provide research support under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator and Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and screen study participants
  • Schedule and administer participant clinical interviews
  • Ensure study recruitment targets are met and study protocols are followed
  • Prepare and submit Research Ethics Board applications and reports
  • Maintain study regulatory binders, databases, and participant records
  • Complete study reports and progress reports
  • Prepare materials for presentations, publications, and grants
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for the lab
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant research or clinical experience
  • Previous experience in administration of clinical assessments
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with submissions to Research Ethics Boards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with study monitoring and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of research principles, methodology, and procedures
  • Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulations
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.75 to $36.52 per hour, a 37.5 hour workweek, and a 1-year contract with possibility to renew. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing interventional repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) treatment strategies in clients diagnosed with difficult-to-treat mood disorders.
