Retail Store Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Free parking available on site.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language spoken in the workplace.
- 32 hours per week.
