Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals of Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and processing sales and rental transactions. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales and rental transactions, including preparing sales and rental contracts, and handling customer payments.
- Operate cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions, and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Assist in the display of merchandise and provide advice to customers on products and services.
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales and rental team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
