Senior Business Systems Analyst Transformation Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst Transformation Lead to join our team at Delpath. As a key member of our Client Engineering - Mobile and Web group, you will be responsible for leading business systems analysis efforts on high-profile projects.
Job SummaryThis 10-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work on new Canadian retail web banking platform projects. You will collaborate with our Small Business squad and Smart Investor squad to introduce new features and flows for enhanced capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business systems analysis efforts on multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including story writing in JIRA/Confluence.
- Provide expert guidance on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 3-5 years of recent experience in banking, with a strong understanding of financial systems and regulations.
- 3-5 years of Agile experience, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in story writing, refinement, and story pointing.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Canadian banking experience, with a deep understanding of domestic market trends and regulations.
- Experience with Figma and design tools, with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences.
- Computer science background, with a solid foundation in software development principles.
