Quality Assurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the internal audit program, conducting audits and reviewing responses to identified non-conformances.
  • Coordinate the Proficiency Testing (PT) program, receiving PT samples, compiling results, and submitting to the provider.
  • Maintain the Quality Management Software, providing support to users, extracting summaries, and distributing to the management team.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, both in-person and remote, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Assist internal customers with quality-related queries and concerns.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including writing procedures, audit reports, and corrective letters.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of lab experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with intermediate English skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage diverse tasks and priorities.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and Quebec environmental accreditations is an asset.
