Grants Committee Research Lead

Organizational Overview:

KIDS Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in developing communities. Our mission is to facilitate sustainable solutions to alleviate poverty, provide access to education, and promote health and well-being.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grants Committee Research Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and documentation efforts to identify and secure funding opportunities for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and documentation process to identify and secure funding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of funding opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Grants Director to develop and implement a grant writing strategy
  • Assist in the development of grant proposals and reports
  • Provide support to the Grants Director in the review and analysis of grant applications

Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with grant writing and research a plus
