Laundry Supervisor Job Description

At Carousel Cleaners, we are seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our laundry equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laundry operations and be able to effectively manage a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, maintaining high production levels and quality standards.
  • Monitor and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
