Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Wood Kitchen Cabinets (2009) Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Team Wood Kitchen Cabinets (2009) Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service and sales growth. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks associated with retail work.
