Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of food service staff in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that high-quality food and services are delivered to our customers. The successful candidate will be able to establish effective work schedules, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supply requirements.
In addition, this role requires the ability to prepare budgets and cost estimates, address customer complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food service operations, customer service principles, and leadership skills.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Job Requirements- 1-2 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or in a related role
- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
This role will be based in a coffee shop located in an urban area. Public transportation is available, and the work schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week. As a member of our team, you can expect to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
