Job Title: Territory Representative, Restaurants

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry? Do you have a strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our Ecolab team in Vancouver Island, Powell River, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

The Territory Representative will be responsible for managing a territory of customers in the QSR sector, providing service excellence, growing sales, and retaining existing customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Gain new sales through new products and new customers
  • Maintain equipment systems utilized within customer locations, including dispensing systems and commercial dishmachines
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation practices through high-quality surveys

Requirements:
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No immigration sponsorship available
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
