About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Sushi Waa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand's vision.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet our operational needs.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
