Job Description

Fortinos (Main Street) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our department store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Store Organization: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring efficient inventory management and stock control.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
