About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team as a Member and Client Experience advisory agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our members and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities
  1. Support members and clients in navigating our products and services, empowering them to take control of their financial transactions and operations.
  2. Contribute to business development by delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with members and clients.
  3. Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they receive prompt assistance and referrals to relevant partners.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry standards, products, and services to provide informed advice and guidance.
  5. Up_hold compliance, security, and risk management standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • High school diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to situational demands.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Familiarity with Desjardins products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Ability to integrate data into systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Understanding of security measures, legal frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Adequate knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services, automated, and assisted transactions.
Compensation

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account industry standards and local market conditions.
