Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Platform Roadmap: Develop a technology vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Agile Development: Lead Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Sales Systems.
  • Design Thinking: Design user-friendly, scalable, and adaptable solutions that consider user experience and integration points.
  • Represent Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally.

Requirements:

  • 10 years or more of experience in software or platform development.
  • Expertise in CLM, CRM, CPQ (Salesforce), and complex selling scenarios.
  • Proven experience in a Product Manager capacity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technology, engineering, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a large-scale environment.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
