Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at 94Cabs Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and management skills
