We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will provide personalized care and support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About the Role:

This part-time temporary position offers 48 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks, with a salary range of $23.170 to $24.840 (Pay Band 12) per hour. If you possess a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA), excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living to clients
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
  • Care for clients with various health conditions and disabilities
  • Document client information and progress

Requirements:

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Food Safe practices and valid driver's license an asset
