About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR BARON. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meet business needs, and maintain a positive work-life balance.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively handle customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive store environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates, ensuring they meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of sales associates, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
