Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR BARON. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week.
