About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at PABLA'S ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and success.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
