We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Department Manager at No Frills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
  • Keep department areas clean and ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Manage department schedules.

Requirements:

  • A team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
  • Motivated to learn new things.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift.
