At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people first, then business. We're seeking a skilled Contact Centre Quality Assurance Specialist to promote contact centre and process quality on behalf of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of root causes and drive a culture of process improvement in our contact centre.
  • Work directly with agents to coach and deliver timely feedback on call quality.
  • Review quality of work performed by staff through live monitoring and use of call recording systems.
  • Develop training material and conduct training sessions to improve agent performance.
