Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee project management for facility renovations across Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, building layout design, and space planning.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects and work processes to ensure timely completion and quality results
- Schedule and assign work priorities, develop metrics, and measure performance
- Analyze contracts, tenders, and documentation related to projects
- Develop strategies to sustain high-performance workgroups
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and project planning
- Maintain and update documentation related to work processes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in Architectural and Building Technology or equivalent
- Five years of experience in project coordination, building layout design, and space planning using AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions
- Project management, time management, analytical, problem definition, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use MS Office and related software applications
The estimated salary for this role is $43,770 - $48,150 per year, based on the location and industry standards. SaskPower offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a pension plan.
