We are a Canadian leader in the life insurance and financial services industry, with a strong presence in the Brampton area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our network as Independent Life Insurance Advisors.



Compensation Package


We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a negotiable and generous commission structure. Our Advisors have the potential to earn a lucrative income based on their sales performance.



About the Role


As an Independent Life Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing sound financial advice to your clients, helping them protect and grow their assets. You will work independently, building and retaining your own client base, and marketing yourself to attract new business.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Sourcing and developing new client relationships
  • Marketing yourself and your services to attract new business
  • Providing insurance needs advice based on risk assessments
  • Helping clients grow their financial portfolios through sound investment advice
  • Understanding individual client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A valid Life License (HLLQP)
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A desire to build a successful, independent business
  • Experience in life insurance sales
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to source new leads
