Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Chillin' Buds. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
