- Complete market sizing of niche markets by compiling and validating lists of firms for TAM/SAM/SOM segmentation and highlighting trends within current customer base.
- Conduct primary research for live M&A transactions, including market sizing, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in maintaining competitor data and industry trends to inform strategic planning and support sales.
- Leverage research to create clear and compelling content for newsletters and blogs on topics such as industry insights, global economics, pricing strategies, and new developments in B2B sales.
- Curate relevant news stories for target markets and present them in a clear, digestible format for senior leaders.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree (preferably business, engineering, mathematics, or economics).
- Intellectually curious, and a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can take ownership and get work done effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Genuine interest in conducting research, synthesizing information, and continuous learning.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- Experience with web scraping and automating data collection processes is an asset.
- Extremely comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
