About the Role

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Airline Commercial Performance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic airline partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain key airline performance metrics to support revenue and passenger volume targets
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
  • Conduct data analysis to identify passenger profiles and optimize inventory
  • Support airline partnership programs through commercial data analysis
  • Create cases to adjust airline capacity based on key performance indicators
  • Counsel internal partners on passenger forecast adjustments
  • Develop and distribute performance reports to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and decision-making
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma with a business focus and relevant work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in airport or airline cargo operations/development
  • 3+ years' experience in relationship management
  • 3+ years' experience in analysis & research
  • 3+ years' experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer-centric environment
  • Possess a valid Canadian passport
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position
