Join Visier's Team as a QA Test Developer

Visier is a leader in people analytics, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us grow and evolve. As a QA Test Developer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, and other test frameworks to identify software problems.
  • Maintain and improve our test automation framework and scripts for end-to-end tests.
  • Log defects with clear reproduction steps and detail defect artifacts in JIRA.
  • Collaborate with developers to assist in debugging, testing, and development of tools to help identify defects.
  • Perform automated and manual testing, including regression testing for each release cycle to ensure software meets business and security requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Test Developer or as a Developer.
  • Strong Java, JavaScript, or Scala development skills in testing and debugging software.
  • Proficient in UI automation using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Experience with testing RESTful APIs using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools like Gatling.
  • Familiar with continuous integration pipelines such as Jenkins.
What We Offer:

Competitive base pay range of $76k - $96k / year + bonus. Additional types of compensation may be available, including commission plans and bonus.
