Job Title: Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
