Job Title: Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
